In Loving Memory of Thomas W. Lyons

March 27, 1929 - July 13, 2018

Thomas Willie Lyons was born March 27, 1929, in Brookhaven, Mississippi to David Lyons Sr. and Magdelean Lyons, he was the first of seven children. Thomas was educated in the Mississippi School System.

Thomas accepted Christ at an early age and became a Baptist. He met and married Dorothy Ray Patton and to this union, a son was born Willie Del Lyons.

Thomas worked at Holiday Riviera Apartments, he worked in the maintenance/custodian field for 30 years.

Thomas was preceded in death by parents, David and Magdelean Lyons, siblings: Tyre Lyons, Ola Mae Lyons, Jessie Mae Lyons and David Lyons.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Dorothy Ray Patton, son, Willie Del Lyons and daughter-in-law, Sheila Lyons, brothers: Augustus Lyons, Edward Lyons, and Charles Lyons; twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
